1. Service Scope

Lava Topup Online provides digital products and account-based order handling as described on each product page. Each listing should show the product name, price, payment route, delivery method, and any account or UID requirements before checkout.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct account, player, or UID details before payment. Orders submitted with incorrect details may be delayed, rejected, or completed only after manual review by support staff.

3. Delivery

Delivery timing is shown on the relevant product page. Some orders are delivered after payment confirmation, while UID-based or manually reviewed products are completed only after support verification. Delivery may be delayed if payment, account details, or order history require review.

4. Fraud Prevention

Orders may be paused, rejected, or refunded if suspicious payment activity, duplicate attempts, inconsistent account details, or unsupported product requests are detected.

5. Account Suspension

The operator may suspend abusive, fraudulent, or chargeback-related accounts, and may limit future checkout access while a payment or delivery dispute is being reviewed.
